THANK YOU for helping pick the most important questions in the world today.
Now please take a couple more steps to make Conversation Week 2008 a success!
1) Invite your friends to vote for their favorite questions, too. The more who vote, the louder the mandate for the top ten. Just copy and paste the survey URL into an email: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=vZIiOzEV1pL0LV_2f17vLcLQ_3d_3d .
2) Host a conversation in your community. You can do it. Yes you. Anyone who cares about people and our future can be a host. We'll help every step of the way, but only you can bring Conversation Week to your friends and neighbors.
Everything you need - including training - is here ... and the Conversation Café almost runs itself. You can sign up to host even if you don't know the time or place yet. Come back later to fill in the details.
To find out more about hosting, read the short 4-page description of a Conversation Café . Register as a host, and sign up for a host teletraining . Space for each training is limited so sign up soon for the time that works for you.
Or host an online conversation from your home during Conversation Week 2008! Most of these online conversation sessions will be "asynchronous" - meaning, participants are not expected to be online at the same time. Participants go online at their convenience throughout Conversation Week.
One advantage of this approach is that your conversation can include people from all over the world!
To learn more about becoming an online host, send an email to Alan Zulch and indicate your interest. We will contact you shortly with next steps, including opportunities for online host training.
We want to make it as easy as possible for the world to feel that we finally sat down and talked about what matters most. Hosts make that happen. Please join in - and invite your friends.
